The shipping cost for most items is based on the item’s size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. All items in your cart must be shipped to one address. Actual shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. The standard processing time for products ordered from this website is 1-2 days.

The arrival date-range of each item is determined by adding the minimum of the processing time to the minimum of the shipping time and the maximum of the processing time to the maximum of the shipping time. For instance, if you bought a product that took 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping and you had it sent by Standard shipping (3 to 7 business days), the product would arrive in 4 to 9 business days.
Shipping times, below, apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent by Standard to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses takes 3 to 6 weeks.

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly. Where can I ship my order? Simply inform us of how many units are being exchanged in order to receive replacement units within 30 days of notice to us. Returned units stored at the distributor’s facility will need to be considered for return destination or disposal of units to be determined by LPN and distributor.
Instructions for store retailers with a return or exchange due to costumer return or damaged product: LPN stands behind its products 100%. LPN will exchange any product that has been returned, for any reason. The original bar-code (sku) portion of the box must accompany the remainder of the unused product to honor the exchange. Simply return unused portions of the returns through the distribution channels that you received the product from originally, according to the distributor’s policy. Or contact LPN directly with the following information:
1) Send the following information and damaged or returned product to the following: a) owner’s name and contact person’s name, store name, address, phone and fax number with e-mail addresses. b) distributor name and contact person you purchase LPN product from with their phone and e-mail address. c) itemized list to be exchanged with copy of receipts and reason for return or exchange (if possible).

Once the return request and product has been received, the new product specified will be sent out within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
When consumers buy from a store, they can return or exchange any unopened/unused or opened/used product for any reason within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund to the original form of purchase. Simply return your purchase with a sales receipt with original box(s) or packaging, to the store location they purchased from.
When consumers order online, complete shopping satisfaction is LPN's first priority. If an item ordered from LPNutrition.net does not meet the consumer’s expectation, simply return it with a copy of the original receipt or packing slip by mail within 30 days of receiving it. If the return is a result of LPN's error (incorrect or defective item, etc), LPN will pay the return shipping costs. In other cases, the consumer must pay return postage.
